Request for quotation
- Customer places RFQ with multiple vendors/service providers, we ensure to get back to the customer at the earliest, 24X7X52.
File check and quote
- The first step in the process, to define the perfect product for the customer by selecting from available features and options governed by rules or to calculate required quantities for components that vary by size.
- Customer provided files are checked and any discrepancies are sorted out.
- All accurate details are extracted from customer data and all critical points are noted for customer reference.
Quote Generation
- The RFQ placed could be Fabrication order or Assembly order or Turnkey order; we service the processing based on your specifications and pricing tools.
- Quote such generated are communicated with the customer, with if any as such applicable coupons including pricing and delivery dates – all of which in accordance with your specifications and pricing applicable.
Processing PO and support services
- Once a customer generates PO, the same is confirmed and updated with apt teams for fabrication and/or assembly teams.
- In case of any clarifications or issues or customer modifications or updates, are effectively handled and supported by our experienced team.
- This process establishes smooth and clear process transaction, reducing turnaround time and effectively improving quality of services.
