Our Process
Pre-CAM Activities
- Contour filled areas and assign layer attributes.
- Perform and prepare any such required customer specific operations and reports.
- Re-name all layers as per such agreed naming conventions.
- Assign layer attributes.
- Draw flash-pad conversions.
- Align layers.
- Verify that data such supplied is complete and manufacturable.
- Engineering Questions and such clarification sought till satisfactory completion for data clean-up.
Front End Engineering
- Generate solder mask layer and perform silk screen clippings.
- Generate any job specific layers and drawings (Exotic plating requirements etc.) and create route profile.
- Silver, acid traps and pin hole eliminations.
- Modify/Generate Drill layer.
- Etch compensation, Perform DRC (Design Rule Check) and make apt repairs warranted.
- Panellisation process.
